Additional Drivers
You may add ONE person to a rental for a fee of $ 75.00. Additional driver must be present at the time of the rental and must meet all of the qualifications as the primary renter.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $200.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled between 10-14 days of the start of the rental. A 50% charge from the total rental price will apply if you cancel between 7-10 days. A 100% charge of the total rental price will be charged if the rental is cancelled within 0-7 days of the rental start time.

Rainy Day Insurance
For just $29.99, Cloud 9 will allow you to change your rental date to any other open date as many times as you like when it's raining at our location at the time your rental is scheduled to begin. Simply pay for your rental in full and purchase the insurance 5 days prior to your rental date. Cancellation and rescheduling may only take place if it is raining at the time the rental is scheduled to begin. This insurance does not apply once the rental has started.

Damage Deposit Requirements

  $2,500 Damage deposit for any of our vehicles

The above damage deposit must be placed prior to your rental. The following are accepted for deposit: VISA, Master Card, and American Express. An authorization will be placed onto your credit card which will freeze the amount on your total credit line for 2-5 business days. After this period, you will then receive your credit line back. At least 50% of the damage deposit must be placed on your credit card.

Driving Area Restrictions
All vehicles are allowed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana only. Some exceptions may apply.

Hours of Operation
Daily hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm. We do not offer after hours pick-up or drop-off.

Insurance
All renter's must have full coverage (comp. and collision) on their current car insurance policy to rent from us with liability limits of at least 100000/300000/100000 to qualify. You must also have had your policy active with the same insurance company for a period of 3 months or more. We do not accept rental customers who have a high risk insurance rating (SR). If you use a company's vehicle policy or have a policy that is in a no-fault insurance state, you must have your insurance company place our vehicle on your policy for the duration of the rental.

Directions
We are located in Roselle, Illinois, just 25 minutes west of Chicago near the Schaumburg / Bloomingdale area. Vehicle viewing by appointment only.

Miles
All rentals come with 100 free miles* per day. Our weekend package comes with 400 free miles*. Our weekly (7 full days) package comes with 500 free miles. Each additional mile thereafter is charged as follows:

Dodge Viper SRT-10:  $1.00
Porsche 911 Turbo:  $1.00
Chevy Corvette:  $1.00
Ford GT:  $2.49

*Ford GT rentals include 75 free miles per day and 300 free miles for the weekend package.

On the Day of Your Rental
On the day of your rental, you will need to bring the following:
1) Your valid driver's license
2) Your proof of insurance card
3) Your credit card

Orientation
We require that all first time renters to go through a short 10-15 minute orientation on the vehicle that they will be renting. This is done so that you will be familiar on how to operate the car in a safe and efficient manner.

Payment Methods
Cloud 9 Specialty Car Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and also PayPal (but at a 4% markup). Once you make a reservation with us, a reservation confirmation will be mailed to your address that will confirm your rental dates and times.

Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. Special Offers may expire at any time. We reserve the right to refuse/postpone rental due to severe weather, snow, past driving record or any other reason that may jeopardize your safety as well as that of the vehicle.

Vehicle Drop-off
Cloud 9 Specialty Car Rentals will deliver/pick-up the rental car within the Chicago land area, including O'Hare and Midway airports, for $3.00 per mile each way. Any delivery outside a 50-mile radius will be quoted.

Your Driving Record
Tickets are not accepted as a driver's license. You may not have had your license revoked, had a DUI, DWI, suspension or any other criminal conviction within the last 5 years.  You must have a valid driver's license to rent.  We run DMV reports on every renter.
